Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars unless noted. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.
Personalization content
You are responsible for ensuring that any photos, logos, or links you provide for personalization are yours to use and do not infringe any third-party rights. We may refuse orders that violate these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Frame Wave brand, wordmark, and site design are owned by Frame Wave Gallery. Your personalization content remains yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Wave Gallery's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
